The No Vacancy Co.

How it works

One rule holds the whole deal together.

What you pay on, what you do not, and who decides. It is deliberately simple, because the billing has to feel fair to work.

The counting rule

What counts as a new-guest booking.

A booking bills only when all four are true.

01

New guest

Their email is not already in your booking history. Your existing and repeat guests are never billed.

02

Direct

It came through your booking engine, not an OTA. The guest is yours: their email, their data, their repeat business.

03

Attributable to us

It ties back to a channel we run, matched by ad-click windows and/or a tracked rate or promo code. No attributable click or code, no charge.

04

Materialized

The guest actually stays. Cancellations, no-shows, and refunds are clawed back off your next invoice.

The tie-breaker

Your booking engine is the scoreboard.

Your booking engine's guest-email-deduped new-guest export is the single source of truth for every invoice. Ad-platform conversions cannot tell a new guest from a returning one and they over-count, so they are for steering the campaigns only. If the two ever disagree, the booking-engine ledger wins. That is written into the agreement as the tie-breaker.

Common questions

Before you ask.

What counts as a new-guest booking?
All four must be true: the guest is new (not already in your booking history), the booking came through your own booking engine (not an OTA), it ties back to a channel we run, and the guest actually stays. Anything else does not bill.
How am I billed?
Card on file, auto-charged. Weekly in month one so anything unclear surfaces at small dollars, monthly after that. Your monthly bill is capped against ad spend, so a peak month never produces invoice shock.
What if we disagree on the numbers?
Your booking engine's guest-email-deduped new-guest export is the single source of truth for every invoice. Ad-platform conversions are for steering campaigns only. If the two disagree, the booking-engine ledger wins.
Is there a long-term contract?
You start on a 60 to 90 day paid trial with no long-term commitment. If it is working, it converts to an annual term. If it is not, you walk.
