Performance marketing for independent resorts
Fill every room.
Pay only when we do.
We fund the marketing and earn a share of each new guest we bring you, booked direct through your own engine. Always less than an OTA takes. Zero upfront.
The problem you already know
You are renting your own guests.
Every OTA booking costs you 15 to 25 percent and hands your guest to Expedia. You pay to acquire a customer, then pay again next season to reach the same person. The relationship never becomes yours.
What we do instead
Half the cost. And the guest is yours.
The OTA
15–25%
Taken on every booking. They keep the guest, their email, and the repeat business.
The No Vacancy Co.
Less than half
Paid only on brand-new guests, booked direct. The guest is yours. Priced on a short call.
How it works
Four steps. You only pay on new guests.
We fund the ads
Paid and organic channels, on our dime. No upfront cost, no retainer.
Guests book direct
Straight into your own booking engine. Their email, their data, yours to keep.
Your booking engine is the scoreboard
We bill on the new-guest bookings your engine records. Not our dashboard, your ledger.
You pay a share, only on new guests
Always less than an OTA. Never on the guests you already had.

Run the numbersCommon questions
Answers before you ask.
- What is performance-based hotel marketing?
- It means the agency is paid on results, not a retainer. We fund the ads and earn a share only of the new guests we actually deliver, booked direct through your own booking engine. If we do not perform, you do not pay much.
- How much less than an OTA is it?
- OTAs take 15 to 25 percent of every booking and keep the guest. Our share is typically less than half of that, and only on brand-new guests booked direct. The exact percentage is set on a short call.
- How do you prove which bookings you caused?
- Your booking engine's new-guest export is the scoreboard, deduplicated by guest email. We bill only on new-guest bookings it records, matched to a channel we run. If our dashboard and your ledger ever disagree, your ledger wins.
- Do I have to leave Booking.com or Expedia?
- No. Keep your OTA listings. We only add new guests who book direct, so you lose nothing and stop paying commission on the bookings we bring you.
- What kind of property is a fit?
- Independent, owner-operated resorts, lodges, and hotels doing roughly $50,000 or more a month in bookings, on a real booking engine such as Cloudbeds.
- Is there a contract or upfront cost?
- Zero upfront. You start on a 60 to 90 day paid trial with no long-term commitment. If it is working it converts to an annual term. If it is not, you walk.
